What is a Pedicab?

Pedicab is a three-wheel rickshaw designed to carry up to 3 people. It is the most convenient way of exploring the city with a panoramic 360-degree view. Seats are comfortable and blankets are provided for better comfort in cooler weather.

How long does the tour last?

We provide flexible timing options designed to meet your needs. Our tours start from 1 hour for a Standard/Express tour up to a 2-hour entire Central Park tour with multiple stops. Refer to the booking page for information about rates.

Can I cancel or reschedule my tour?

Absolutely. Our flexible rates offer free cancellation or rescheduling with prior notice. Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone or email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Where is the pickup and drop-off spot?

Departure Details. The tour departs from 1409 6th Avenue, New York, NY 10019 in front of the local Starbucks. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of the tour. If you have any issues or difficulties of finding the departure area, please contact the WanderNYC at 929-471-2590

Drop-off Details. Due to the disruption it would cause to our schedule for the following tour, we tend to avoid dropping off guests anywhere other than our regular drop-off point at 59th Street & 7th Avenue.

However, with a prior notice, customers can be dropped off at their desired location (hotel, Rockefeller Center, Times Square etc.) for an additional fee, which will be provided by a driver upon request.

Do you offer tours year-round?

Tours are offered every day year-around, except for extreme weather conditions, such as rain and snowstorm. The park might be closed by authorities because of local events. In any case customers will be notified beforehand if the tour needs to be rescheduled.

How long in advance can I book the tour?

Tours can be booked 24 hours in advance, depending on the availability. You can check the current availability on the booking page.

Are you required to wear masks during the tour?

Health and Safety is a priority for us, however masks are not required to be worn throughout the tour.

Is there an age requirement or weight limit?

There is no age requirement and a set limit of weight. A pedicab can fit up to 4 people practically, however up to 3 passengers are allowed to be seated by law.

Do I have to tip my driver?

Although not required, it is always appreciated and encouraged to tip tour guides.

What should I bring on the day of a tour?

Once you arrive at the departure destination, be prepared to show the booking confirmation page either printed or screenshotted in your phone, which is more convenient.
